SETTLEMENT – Bronx County, New York:

Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($275,000.00)

On October 25, 2017, while our client was attempting to cross the street in her wheel chair, she pulled out into the road to see if there were any cars coming. She was hit by a vehicle which spun her chair around, avoided striking her full body but she suffered a fractured foot. No surgery was required and our client has healed from her injuries. Notwithstanding the alleged contributing fault on behalf of our client for not using the cross walk, not having a green light, and purportedly “creeping out into traffic” with her wheel chair, as a result of our firm’s usual, persistent hard work and our aggressive approach to handling personal injury matters, only one year after the accident, we recovered on behalf of our client an excellent settlement to wit, two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000.00).
