In this case, our client, a pedestrian, was clearing snow from his driveway/street in front of his home when he was struck by his neighbor’s motor vehicle. As a result, our client sustained injuries to his neck, shoulder and knee.

We fought hard for our client and obtained a very substantial and just recovery on his behalf, despite the defense maintaining that our client’s injuries were not worth the amount we had demanded, arguing that many of our client’s injuries existed prior to the accident and those that did not could never be assessed to equal our demand.
